  4. Talk it through — together and privately. Each unit ends in a structured team conversation, with facilitation guides included. Every member also gets a private AI coach grounded in their own profile.

People are only honest when the privacy model deserves it. Team reports are aggregated and anonymized; your 360 is visible to you alone; the anonymous conflict report never shows individuals; and nobody — not even the team lead — can read anyone else's private data. That's enforced in the software, not the fine print.
